The Latham Flat-Line Series Standard 25mm Deep floor expansion joint covers are available with stainless steel cover plates. This series can carry a BFG water gutter if required. The series has a depth below the finished floor height of 25mm. The series is designed to be installed generally into a preformed recess although in some applications the product may not require a recess, depending on the type and depth of the floor finish. When the installation structural joint width exceeds 50mm the Series can accommodate the Latham Fire Barrier system.
The Latham Flat-Line Series floor expansion joint covers are designed for normal pedestrian applications where even the slightest bump in a floor can not be tolerated like in hospitals, nursing homes, operating theatres and specialty manufacturing plants.
The Latham Flat-Line Series can be used in conjunction with many floor finishes, such as terrazzo, tile, concrete, vinyl, direct stick carpet and epoxy flooring etc. The systems offer various movements in 6 directions. The movement available will depend on the physical structural joint width and the installation width for the expansion joint cover. NBDS Series standard depth 25mm, optional depths available to suit deeper set downs and deeper floor finishes, 32mm, 38mm, 50mm, 64mm, 79mm, 89mm, 104mm, 114mm, 139mm and 164mm.
