The Latham Ultimate Series Standard 33mm deep floor expansion joint covers are available with aluminium and stainless steel cover plates; this series can carry a VWS water gutter if required. The series has a depth below the finished floor height of 33mm. The series can be set into a preformed recess with CA-16 Block-Out Anchors (supplied unless otherwise noted), in conjunction with mechanical fixings, or cast-into the slab when it is poured, with CA-6 Cast-In Anchors.

The series is designed to be installed in a retro fit application when an expansion joint cover has been left out of the design or installation and it needs to be cut in later. This system offers relatively easy and quick retro fit application and does not require the surrounding floor finish to be removed. When the installation structural joint width exceeds 50mm the series can accommodate the Latham Fire Barrier System.

The Latham Ultimate Series (SSSM▲) has the aluminium side member installed on a continuous treated steel support, and as such we can offer a full range of the versatile SAS and SLS Series in non standard depths for floor expansion applications. The expansion joint covers are available with aluminium and stainless steel cover plates; this series can carry a BFG water gutter if required. The series has a variable depth below the finished floor height of 54mm, 64mm, 79mm, 89mm, 104mm, 114mm, 139mm and 164mm, (▲) specify depth (custom heights available on request). The series is designed to be installed with paver type applications, with generally an extremely thick paver or a deep bed although it is suitable for installations with other floor finishes as well. When the installation structural joint width exceeds 50mm the Series can accommodate the Latham Fire Barrier system.

The Latham Brass Ultimate Series Standard 25mm deep floor expansion joint covers are constructed of solid brass. The series has a depth below the finished floor height of 25mm. The series can be set into a preformed recess with BM-16 Block-Out Anchors (supplied unless otherwise noted), in conjunction with mechanical fixings, or cast-in to the slab when it is poured, with BS-6 Cast-In Anchors.
