Floor‑to‑Wall Expansion Joint Cover

(Thermal Movement)

SGALL (TM) Series PAVAInlay floor‑to‑wall expansion joint covers are designed to accommodate a tile inlay up to 50mm deep which allows the joint surface to match the surrounding floor. Designed to be aesthetically pleasing with limited visible metal. Movement is accommodated by the Santoprene inserts on either side of the cover plate, available in Grey (standard) Buff and Black colours

Materials

• Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.

• Standard grey santoprene inserts, buff and black available on request.

• Supplied in 2400mm lengths.

Fixings

• Side member factory drilled to accept 8mm countersunk head fixings at ~400mm centres.

• Wall member factory drilled to accept 6.5mm countersunk head fixings at ~475mm centres.

• The tile must be fixed with a suitable bedding agent.
