Latham’s end-to-end control and oversight of procurement, manufacturing, and quality control result in the industry’s most reliable and high-performing products. Over our 70-year history, we have countless installations where Latham product life has extended well beyond normal operating expectations. A prime example is the Latham Asbrabronz Solid Brass Abrasive Stair Tread Nosings that were installed in Sydney’s largest suburban shopping venue, the Macquarie Centre, when it opened in 1981, and are still in place, functioning perfectly and looking great to this day.

As a result of our complete confidence in the engineering quality of Latham products, our warranties do not have any vague wording or hidden fine print. They are transparent and straightforward, and Latham will stand by its warranty commitments in the very unlikely event of a claim.

Markets we serve are increasingly flooded with poor-quality imports with vague and unenforceable warranties.

After consultation with our distributors, Latham is proud to offer a written factory warranty of 5 years from the date of shipment from Latham. A copy of the updated warranty certificate is available for review on request. The warranty remains simple and transparent and, like our products, completely reliable.

A WORKSHOP, NOT A WAREHOUSE; CRAFTSMEN, NOT STOCK PICKERS

Unlike most industry participants, Latham’s Sydney factory is a workshop, not a warehouse, and all products are made to order in Australia. A vast inventory of product componentry and in-house engineering and production provide tremendous manufacturing flexibility. We can configure and customise to accommodate the specific needs of customers. As an example, one Latham product line—the renowned Neoprene‑XPansion Tile Strips—is available in 1,056 configurations.
