    PAVA-Inlay Series

    ASMPL‑25 to ASMPL‑100 Aluminium 

    Floor‑to‑Wall Expansion Joint Cover

    ASMPL Series PAVA‑Inlay floor-to-wall expansion joint covers are designed to accommodate a tile inlay up to 30mm deep which allows the joint surface to match the surrounding floor. The tapered edge of the cover plate is flush with the surface of the floor and controls the movement in the structure. The serrated top flange of the joint provides additional slip resistance.

    Materials

    • Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.

    • Supplied in 3050mm lengths.

    Fixings

    • Side member factory drilled with 10mm holes at ~475mm centres.

    • Wall member factory drilled to accept 6.5mm countersunk head fixings at ~475mm centres.

    • The tile must be fixed with a suitable bedding agent.
