No Bump Floor‑to‑Wall Expansion Joint Cover with Stainless Steel Deck

The NBDSL Series no-bump, recessed floor‑to‑wall expansion joint covers are designed for applications where a very smooth transition is demanded such as acute hospital wards. They are a robust system that carries a stainless steel cover plate and typically are installed with timber, tile, vinyl and direct-stick carpet applications.

Materials

• Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.

• 304 Grade 2B finish stainless steel cover plate.

• Supplied in 3050mm lengths.

Fixings

• Side member factory drilled with 10mm holes at ~475mm centres.

• Wall member factory drilled to accept 6.5mm countersunk head fixings at ~475mm centres.
