NBDS‑30 to NBDS‑155 No Bump Floor‑to‑Floor Expansion Joint Cover with Stainless Steel Deck

The NBDS Series no-bump. Precessed floor‑to‑floor expansion joint covers are designed for applications where a very smooth transition is demanded such as acute hospital wards. They are a robust system that carries a stainless steel cover plate and typically are installed with timber, tile, vinyl and direct-stick carpet applications.

Materials

• Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.
• 304 Grade 2B finish stainless steel cover plate.
• Supplied in 3050mm lengths.
• Spring steel treated centring bar with nylon spherical balls at ~475mm centres.

Fixings

• Side members factory drilled with 10mm holes at ~475mm centres for superior securing.
