No Bump Floor‑to‑Wall Expansion Joint Cover

The NBBL Series no bump, solid brass, floor‑to‑wall expansion joint covers are designed for applications where a very smooth transition is demanded such as acute hospital wards. They are a robust system and typically are installed with timber, tile, vinyl and direct-stick carpet applications.

Materials

• Brass 380 mill finish alloy.

• Supplied in 4000mm lengths.

• Cover plates wider than 100mm will be supplied in 1800mm lengths.

Fixings

• BM-16 Block-Out Anchors are supplied factory drilled with 10mm holes. They are supplied welded to the side members at ~475mm centres.

• Wall member factory drilled to accept 6.5mm countersunk head fixings at ~475mm centres.

• On request: BS-6 Cast-In Anchors can be supplied for cast-in applications and will be welded at ~475mm centres.
