Floor‑to‑Wall Expansion Joint Cover with Stainless Steel Deck

The DRCSL Carpet-Line (shallow) Series floor-to-wall expansion joint covers carry a stainless steel cover plate. The series is designed to be installed in carpet applications. These applications can incorporate direct-stick carpet or carpet with underlay, where the cover plate will hold down the carpet and underlay. This system would commonly be used in locations such as shopping centres, hotels, office foyers, schools, airports and other pedestrian traffic situations.

Materials

• Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.

• 304 Grade 2B finish stainless steel cover plate.

• Supplied in 3050mm lengths.

Fixings

• Side member factory drilled with 10mm holes at ~475mm centres.

• Wall member factory drilled to accept countersunk head 6.5mm fixings at ~475mm centres.
