Floor‑to‑Wall Expansion Joint Cover with Carpet Inlay

SGAL™ Series PAVA-Inlay floor‑to‑floor expansion joint covers are designed to accommodate a tile inlay up to 50mm deep which allows the joint surface to match the surrounding floor. Designed to be aesthetically pleasing with limited visible metal. Movement is accommodated by the Santoprene inserts on either side of the cover plate, available in Grey (standard) Buff and Black colours.

Materials

• Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.

• Supplied in 3050mm lengths

Fixings

• Supplied with clip-on CA-16 Block-Out Anchors with factory drilled 10mm holes installed at maximum ~500mm centres.

• On request: CA-6 Cast-In Anchors can be supplied for cast-in installations.

• Wall member factory drilled to accept countersunk head 6.5mm fixings at ~475mm centres.
