DRCBL‑25 to DRCBL‑150

Floor‑to‑Wall Expansion Joint Cover with Brass Deck

The DRCBL Carpet-Line (shallow) Series floor-to-wall expansion joint covers carry a solid brass cover plate and wall member. The series is designed to be installed in carpet applications. These applications can incorporate direct-stick carpet or carpet with underlay, where the cover plate will hold down the carpet and underlay. This system would commonly be used in locations such as shopping centres, hotels, office foyers, schools, airports and other pedestrian traffic situations.

Materials

  • Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.

  • Brass 380 mill finish alloy cover plate.

  • Side members supplied in 3050mm lengths. Brass cover plate supplied in 1800mm lengths.

Fixings

  • Side member factory drilled with 10mm holes at ~475mm centres.

  • Wall member factory drilled to accept countersunk head 6.5mm fixings at ~475mm centres.
