No‑Bump Floor‑to‑Floor Expansion Joint Cover with Stainless Steel Deck

The NBEHDF Series Extra Heavy-Duty Vehicular No-Bump expansion joint covers with stainless steel cover plates are designed for extra heavy duty vehicular applications. Incorporated gasket seals reduce traffic noise and vibration in vehicular aplications. The inverted cover plate ensures there is no bump when wheeled traffic traverses the cover. They can accept heavier traffic (subject to the load and the span), such as EWPs, and regular vehicular traffic like forklifts, pallet trucks and trucks. Materials

• Aluminim 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.

• 304 Grade 2B finish stainless steel cover plates to 6mm thickness and #1 finish for cover plates thicker than 6mm.

• Spring steel treated centring bar with cylindrical pins at ~475mm centres.

• Supplied in 3050mm lengths.

Fixings

• Side members factory drilled with 16mm holes at ~250mm centres.

• Should be packed with high strength epoxy grout.
