HHSL‑25 to HHSL‑200

Floor‑to‑Wall Expansion Joint Cover with Stainless Steel Deck

The HHSL Series Heavy-Duty Pedestrian expansion joint covers with stainless steel cover plates are designed for heavy-duty pedestrian applications where floor-to-wall expansion joints are required. These are designed to work with the HHS Series floor expansion joint covers. They can accept heavier traffic (subject to the load and the span) such as EWP’s. For more load information, contact Latham Australia who can supply point loads to suit various traffic loads and wheel sizes. For regular vehicular traffic, the HDS or EHDF Series should be considered.

Materials

  • Aluminim 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.

  • 304 Grade 2B finish stainless steel cover plates to 6mm thickness, and #1 finish for cover plates thicker than 6mm.

  • Supplied in 3050mm lengths.

Fixings

  • Side members factory drilled to accept 8mm countersunk head fixings at ~350mm centres.
