Floor‑to‑Wall Expansion Joint Cover with Smooth Deck

The HHAAF Series Heavy-Duty Pedestrian expansion joint covers are designed to mirror the movement of the HHA Series. Equipped with smooth aluminium cover plates, they are intended for heavy‑duty pedestrian applications where floor-to-wall expansion joints are required. Designed to work with the HHA Series floor‑to‑floor expansion joint covers they can accept heavier traffic (subject to the load and the span), such as EWPs. The HHAAF also offers extended movement over the traditional floor-to-wall configuration.

Materials

• Aluminim 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.

• Spring steel treated centring bar with cylindrical pins at ~475mm centres.

• Supplied in 3050mm lengths.

Fixings

• Side members factory drilled to accept 8mm

• countersunk head fixings at ~350mm centres.
