Floor‑to‑Wall Expansion Joint Cover with Stainless Steel Deck

The HDSL Series Heavy-Duty Vehicular floor‑to‑wall expansion joint covers with stainless steel cover plates are designed for heavy‑duty vehicular applications. Incorporated gasket seals reduce traffic noise and vibration in vehicular aplications. They can accept heavier traffic (subject to the load and the span), such as EWPs, and regular vehicular traffic, such as cars and vans. For more load information, contact Latham Australia who can supply point loads to suit various traffic loads and wheel sizes.

Materials

  • Aluminim 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.

  • 304 Grade 2B finish stainless steel cover plates.

  • Supplied in 3050mm lengths.

Fixings

  • Side members factory drilled with 16mm holes at ~250mm centres.

  • Wall member factory drilled to accept 6.5mm countersunk head fixings. at ~350mm centres

  • Should be packed with high-strength epoxy grout.
