Floor‑to‑Floor Expansion Joint Cover with Ribbed Deck

The HD Series Heavy-Duty Vehicular expansion joint covers with aluminium cover plates are designed for heavy‑duty vehicular applications. Incorporated gasket seals reduce traffic noise and vibration in vehicular aplications. They can accept heavier traffic (subject to the load and the span), such as EWPs, and regular vehicular traffic, such as cars and vans. Materials

• Aluminim 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.

• Spring steel treated centring bar with nylon spherical balls at ~475mm centres.

• Supplied in 3050mm lengths.

Fixings

• Side members factory drilled with 16mm holes at ~250mm centres.

• Should be packed with high-strength epoxy grout.
