Floor‑to‑Floor Expansion Joint Cover with Stainless Steel Deck

The SAS (SSSM) Ultimate Series robust, variable height floor-to-floor expansion joint covers are available in a range of sizes to accommodate deep flooring finishes. Depths available are 79mm, 89mm, 104mm, 114mm, 139mm and 164mm. The SAS (SSSM) Series carry a stainless steel cover plate and are intended predominantly for pedestrian applications. These joints can be used in conjunction with many floor finishes such as concrete toppings, terrazzo, tile, pavers and stone. They would commonly be used in locations such as shopping centres, hotels, office foyers, schools, airports and other pedestrian traffic situations.

Materials

• Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.

• 304 Grade 2B finish stainless steel cover plates.

• Treated steel angle supports.

• Supplied in 3050mm lengths.

• Spring steel treated centring bar with nylon spherical balls at ~475mm centres.

Fixings

Side members factory drilled with 10mm holes at ~475mm centres.
