Wall & Ceiling Expansion Joint Covers

SACL Corner Wall Acoustic wall and ceiling expansion joint covers are designed for use in masonry, timber, cement sheet, gyprock and other hard surfaced applications. Generally intended for internal use, although if no Latham wind or water barrier is required, they can be used in external applications. The covers are held in place by anti‑tamper one direction stainless steel springs making the system very difficult to remove once installed. As standard, they are supplied in clear anodised finish for all exposed surfaces. On request they can be powder coated or anodised to other colours and textures, including woodgrain.

Materials

• Aluminium 6063-T5 alloy.

• Supplied in 3050mm lengths.

• Stainless steel spring clips.

• All visual surfaces come with a 20-micron clear anodised finish.

Fixings

• The joint clips onto the wall or ceiling with a pre-fixed locking mechanism--, hidden from external view at ~500mm centres.
