Aluminium Floor-to-Floor Expansion Joint Cover with Ribbed Deck

The SAA (FASM 64) Ultimate Series robust floor-to-floor expansion joint covers are designed to be fixed with floor finishes to 64mm deep, intended predominantly for pedestrian applications. These joints can be used in conjunction with many floor finishes such as concrete toppings, terrazzo, tile, pavers and stone. They would commonly be used in locations such as shopping centres, hotels, office foyers, schools, airports and other pedestrian traffic situations.

Materials

• Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.
• Supplied in 3050mm lengths.
• Spring steel treated centring bar with nylon spherical balls at ~475mm centres.

Fixings

• Side members factory drilled with 10mm holes at ~475mm centres.
• Cover plates wider than 175mm will be supplied in smooth aluminium.
• Consider an optional slip‑resistant coating for these.
