Aluminium Floor-to-Wall Expansion Joint Cover with Ribbed Deck

The NSAL Ultimate Series robust floor-to-wall expansion joint covers are designed so that the side members are fixed directly to the underlying floor, for installing with a 25mm deep floor finish and no recess is required. It is intended predominantly for pedestrian applications. These joints can be used in conjunction with many floor finishes such as concrete toppings, terrazzo, tile, timber, carpet, vinyl, epoxy finishes etc. They would commonly be used in locations such as shopping centres, hotels, office foyers, schools, airports and other pedestrian traffic situations.

Materials

• Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.
• Supplied in 3050mm lengths.

Fixings

• Side member factory drilled to accept 8mm countersunk head fixings at ~475mm centres.
• Wall member factory drilled to accept 6.5mm countersunk head fixings at ~475mm centres.
