Solid Brass Floor-to-Wall Expansion Joint Cover with Smooth Deck

The LAB Solid Brass Ultimate Series robust floor-to-wall expansion joint covers offer the elegance of a solid brass expansion joint cover. The systems are 25mm deep and are intended predominantly for pedestrian style applications. These joints can be used in conjunction with many floor finishes such as concrete toppings, terrazzo, tile, pavers and stone. They would commonly be used in locations such as shopping centres, hotels, office foyers, schools, airports and other pedestrian traffic situations.

Materials

• Brass 380 mill finish alloy.

• Side members supplied in 4000mm lengths. Angle wall section supplied in 1800mm lengths.

Fixings

• BM-16 Block-Out Anchors are supplied factory drilled with 10mm holes. They are supplied welded to the side members at ~475mm centres.

• On request: BS-6 Cast-In Anchors can be supplied for cast-in applications and will be welded at ~475mm centres.

• Wall member factory drilled to accept countersunk head 6.5mm fixings at ~475mm centres.
