Aluminium Floor-to-Wall Expansion Joint Cover with Ribbed Deck

The DCAL Ultimate Series robust floor-to-wall expansion joint covers are the shallowest recessed system available. It is intended predominantly for pedestrian applications. These joints can be used in conjunction with many floor finishes such as concrete toppings, terrazzo, tile, timber, carpet, vinyl, epoxy finishes etc. They would commonly be used in locations such as shopping centres, hotels, office foyers, schools, airports and other pedestrian traffic situations.

Materials

• Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.
• Supplied in 3050mm lengths.

Fixings

• Side members factory drilled with 10mm holes at ~475mm centres.
• Wall member factory drilled to accept countersunk head 6.5mm fixings at ~475mm centres.
• Cover plates wider than 175mm will be supplied in smooth alumimium.
• Consider an optional slip resistant coating for these.
