CPA-100 Floor

Car Park Expansion Joint Cover

The CPA Car Park aluminium floor expansion joint cover is designed for car park applications where it is mechanically fixed to the one slab and offers multidirectional movement. Incorporated gasket seals reduce traffic noise and vibration in vehicular aplications. This expansion joint cover is suited to joint widths from 22mm-125mm.

Materials

Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.
Supplied in 3050mm lengths.

Fixings

One side member is pre-drilled at ~350mm centres for 10mm countersunk head fixings—must be long enough to ensure the fixings penetrate to the structural slab.
Latham recommend the system is bedded on the fixing side with a suitable epoxy bedding compound such as Titazel Thixotropic Epoxy Adhesive.
