Floor & Floor‑to‑Wall Expansion Joint Covers

Application

• Floor, Floor‑to‑Wall, Wall & Ceiling expansion joint covers.

• Internal light duty, moderate traffic applications only, where limited movement is expected.

• The 70-Series joint covers allow a maximum of ±10mm of horizontal movement.

• The 70-Series offers the opportunity to use the most similar joint cover in the wall and ceiling to the floor. This is particularly effective when the construction joint forms a square box shape. See WCR and WCR Series.

Materials

• Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.

• Supplied in 4000mm lengths.

• Standard replaceable synthetic rubber inserts are grey. Beige or black can be supplied on request.

Fixings

• Side members factory drilled with 10mm holes at ~475mm centres.

• Wall members factory drilled to accept 8mm gauge screw and plug at ~475mm centres on request.
