Aluminium
M Series wall and ceiling expansion joint covers are surface mounted covers. As standard they are supplied in mill finish aluminium. On request they can be powder coated or anodised to other colours and textures, including woodgrain. The detail below shows a 16mm x 20mm recess in the wall finish, which is only required for joints less than 62mm.
Materials
Aluminium 6063-T5 mill finish alloy.
Supplied in 3050mm lengths.
All visual surfaces come with mill finish.
Spring steel treated centring bar with cylindrical pins at ~475mm centres.

Fixings
Side members factory drilled to accept 8 gauge screw and plug at ~475mm centres.
