Tactile Paving Studs

Latham TI Series of discrete tactile indicator studs are designed for applications where rubber or concrete based "integrated tactile" tiles may not be suitable. The Latham studs range offers a more visually attractive alternative to rubber, porcelain or concrete-based products and delivers surface-mounted tactile paving options.

Available in solid brass or stainless steel studs, they are suitable for both interior and exterior applications. They come with either Latham Supagrit silicon carbide slip resistant mineral inserts - choose from 16 different colours - or a full metal (stainless steel or solid brass) Spiral Top. Both abrasive and spiral top studs are available in all black or all white, to complement design choices. All studs are designed in accordance with AS 1428.4-2002 and AS 1428.1-2009 and should be installed into correctly drilled holes using Latham Thixotropic stud adhesive. Latham also offer Stainless Steel Directional indicator bars which provide different information to the visually impaired pedestrian.
