As a manufacturer, we don’t purchase finished product from overseas. Instead, we hold a massive inventory of raw materials to manufacture every product in our range. Our inventory of raw materials is a critical factor in our ability to meet the demands of any project as the materials on hand eliminate the supply risk.  

While we do hold limited stock of our most popular lines for immediate delivery, we typically manufacture every product to order. Each item is crafted to meet the specific requirements of a given project. 

Local manufacturing and unprecedented flexibility 

By maintaining a massive inventory of raw materials and manufacturing in Australia, Latham can produce countless product variations. As an example, we can produce over 1,000 variations of our famous tile expansion strips depending on the profile type, height, width and colour required by a client. 

Once an order is placed with Latham, guided by our workshop scheduling system, the required product is manufactured on site, and orders are efficiently processed and delivered on time without compromising quality. This tailored approach allows Latham to offer flexibility in production while maintaining the integrity of our products.
