Terms and Conditions: 'Estimate the Weight' Competition  

1. Eligibility:
   1.1 The competition is open to Australian residents attending the Sydney Build Expo 2024, except employees of Latham Australia Pty Ltd, their representatives and agents, and their immediate family members.
   1.2 Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the competition.
   
2. Competition Details:
   2.1 The competition involves guessing the weight of a Solid Brass LathamGrate displayed at the Latham Australia Pty Ltd booth at the Sydney Build Expo 2024.
   2.2 The weight must be provided in grams (gm) to the nearest whole gram.
   
3. Entry:
   3.1 Entry to the competition is free and does not require any purchase.
   3.2 Participants may submit only one entry per person.
   3.3 Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 4. How to Enter:
   4.1 Participants must visit the Latham Australia Pty Ltd booth at the Sydney Build Expo 2024 and submit their guess for the weight of the Solid Brass LathamGrate on the designated entry form.   
  4.2 All entries must be submitted during the Expo's opening hours from May 1st to May 2nd, 2024, and no entries will be accepted after the Expo closes on May 2nd, 2024.

5. Winner Selection:
   5.1 The winner will be determined by comparing the guess closest to the actual weight of the Solid Brass LathamGrate.
   5.2 In the event of a tie, a random draw will be conducted among the tied entries to determine the winner.
   5.3 The decision of Latham Australia Pty Ltd regarding the winner is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize:
   6.1 The winner will receive a $500 RedBalloon voucher.
   6.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
   6.3 Latham Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

7. Winner Notification:
   7.1 The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days of the competition closing.
   7.2 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, Latham Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity:
   8.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities associated with the competition.
   8.2 Any personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be disclosed to any third party without the participant's prior consent.

9. General:
   9.1 Latham Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
   9.2 The competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes arising in connection with the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
