Latham Crystal Seal - Seals Terrazzo, Slate, Terracotta, Sandstone and Concrete.
One of the best sealers in the business, Latham Crystal Seal is designed specifically for the economical and effective sealing of Terrazzo, Slate, Terracotta, exposed aggregate, unglazed Quarry and Mexican tiles, Sandstone and Concrete. It is a maintenance free product once applied, and is for new and repeat applications. The product is extensively used in shopping centres for all their cleaning needs.


Latham Ultraseal 2000

Latham Ultraseal 2000 - Seals Granite Marble Travertine Terrazzo agglomerate stone and floor tiles, but remains unnoticeable on the surface.
Granite, Marble, Travertine, Terrazzo, agglomerate, stone and floor tiles all absorb water, oil, grease, food, and sauce, due to nature and atmospheric conditions. Latham Ultraseal 2000 impregnates the surface, waterproofing with long lasting protection without changing the visual effect. It is a non-yellowing, UV stabilised application which is antistatic, and allows pavings to breath, whilst still offering excellent protection against acid rain. Most importantly, it is, unlike some competing products, non-toxic when dry. Latham Ultraseal 2000 is an excellent product for internal or external use.
